Civil litigation is my specialty. I represent many people with many kinds of claims, including, injured people against insurance companies and the people or corporations that caused their injuries; employees wrongfully fired or harassed; brain injured people, elderly suffering from nursing home abuse and neglect, injured children and their families.

Safe Kids Legislative Committee. A committee of safety professionals that works on laws to protect children. In 2007, we successfully updated the law requiring children to ride in booster seats and infants in rear-facing child seats. |

Council on Court Procedures. This organization drafts the Rules of Civil Procedure, which govern the practice of civil litigation. |
