Attorney Philosophy.


As an attorney, I see myself as having two roles, legal counselor and legal warrior.

As a counselor, I help people understand their legal rights and how the legal system works.  I will help you see through the tactics and code words used by insurance companies and defendants.  I will help you analyze the merits of your legal position and the net benefits of settlement as compared to filing a lawsuit.

Once a lawsuit is filed, I will fight for you. 

Every step of the way, I advise my clients what I am doing and why.  I consider carefully the needs of the family involved because “one size does not fit all” when it comes to litigation.

I gained litigation experience as a partner in a big-time, national law firm.  Then, I learned that representing fewer people on my own, without big-time overhead, means better service and results for the client. Helping only a select few clients allows me to get to know you better.  Knowing you better means a more thorough analysis of what is best for you and how to present your situation to a jury.

It’s the difference between hand-crafted and mass-produced justice.

I have the experience, knowledge and tenacity to evaluate your loss and maximize your recovery.  On the other hand, if my client list is full or if I do not think I am the right lawyer for your, I will refer you to someone else.
