Oregon City, Oregon

Oregon City marked the end of the Oregon Trail and the capital of the Oregon Territory. It was the location of the General Land Office in 1849, where they filed the plat for San Francisco, California. Oregon City remains proud of its historic past and visitors can still enjoy the historic homes in the McLoughlin District, on the bluff overlooking Willamette Falls. The "only vertical street in North America," a public elevator, connects the bluffs to the downtown area.

Oregon City is the county seat for Clackamas County, and the Circuit Court is located at 807 Main Street, Oregon City, OR, 97045. However, I often advise residents of Lake Oswego, West Linn, and even Oregon City to examine the facts of their case to see if other courts have venue and might be a wiser place to file the lawsuit.

Home Appointments. Often, I prefer to meet people in their homes. That's because my job, ultimately, is to know you and present to a jury your life and what you've gone through. I can learn so much more about you in your home than in my office.

Directions from West Linn: My office is at 4800 SW Meadows Road, Suite 300, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. It is closer to the I-5 / Highway 217 interchange than it is to Downtown Lake Oswego. If you take the Kruse Way exit, Meadows Road is the next street south of Kruse Way. Building 4800 is on the South side of Meadows Road, and I am on the 3rd Floor.
