Lake Oswego, Oregon

Lake Oswego, Oregon enjoys a beautiful downtown, with its heart on the shore of the Lake. Public art lines the streets, and the Farmers Market brings produce, music and people to town. In the summer, Lake Oswego provides free music concerts in its parks. I think of Lake Oswego as a very well-run town, which is why I office here.

Founded in 1847 as “Oswego,” the area enjoyed a good run in the Iron business, chopping trees in what is now Tryon Creek State Park to make the charcoal to fire the furnace, now located at George Rogers Park. Now, retail and office centers seem to be the generators if income, along with real estate.

The Lake Oswego City Code is found at: http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/tools/CityCode.

The State Court serving Lake Oswego is the Clackamas County Circuit Court, located at 807 Main Street, Oregon City, OR, 97045. However, I often advise residents of Lake Oswego, West Linn, and even Oregon City to examine the facts of their case to see if other courts have venue and might be a wiser place to file the lawsuit.

My office address is 4800 SW Meadows Road, Suite 300, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. Meadows Road is one block off Kruse Way. However, I’m pleased to meet you in your home. In fact, I often prefer it. That’s because my job, ultimately, is to know you and present to a jury your life and what you’ve gone through. I can learn so much more about you in your home than in my office.

Please feel free to call me if you need legal advice or an attorney to file a lawsuit. The first telephone consultation is free, so pick up the phone. You will reach me, not some paralegal or junior attorney.
