• Check with Oregon State Department of Human Services, Seniors And People with Disabilities Division. Call for an appointment to review the records on the nursing home. This way, you can find out who is the true owner of the facility and read other complaints about care. Sometimes, the authorities have already investigated your situation and fined the nursing home.
